Privacy Policy

Stalmic Mobile — Effective date: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stalmic Distributors Inc. (“Stalmic,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Stalmic Mobile
application (the “App”). The App is a field-service tool provided to Stalmic’s authorized employees and
contractors (“Users”) to manage service tasks, routes, inventory, and invoicing for Stalmic Distributors.

Business/internal use. Stalmic Mobile is not a consumer application and is not offered to
the general public. Access requires a Stalmic-issued account. Much of the information handled in the App is
Stalmic business data (including data about Stalmic’s customers) that Users enter or access to do their jobs.

1. Information We Collect

Account and authentication information

  • Your work email address and the credentials you use to sign in.
  • Authentication tokens used to keep you signed in and to authorize sync with our systems.

Business and customer information you access or enter

To perform field-service work, the App displays and lets Users record business records, which may include:

  • Customer names, business names, service and billing addresses, and contact details.
  • Service tasks, routes, stops, inventory items, pricing, and invoices.
  • Customer or authorized-representative signatures captured on service tickets and invoices.
  • Notes, quantities, and other job details Users enter.

Device and diagnostic information

  • App version, device model, operating-system version, and similar technical details.
  • Diagnostic and error logs used to keep the App working and to fix problems.

Location information

The App includes a diagnostics screen that Users can open to troubleshoot syncing and connectivity.
When a User opens that screen and grants permission, the App reads the device’s current location and
displays the coordinates on that screen as part of the diagnostic report. Location is accessed only while
the App is in use (foreground) and only when the User opens that screen. The App does not track location
in the background and does not use location for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate Users and provide access to the App’s features.
  • To display, sync, create, and update service, inventory, and invoicing records.
  • To generate and send invoices and service documentation.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
  • To comply with our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use the information for advertising, and the App contains no third-party ads.
We do not sell personal information.

3. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to run the App and our business:

  • Business systems. The App syncs with Stalmic’s business systems, including our
NetSuite ERP and our hosted application backend (the Unshackle platform / Unshackle Database),
which store and process the records described above.
  • Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure and software providers (for
example, cloud hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery services) that process data on
our behalf and under obligations to protect it.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the
rights, safety, and property of Stalmic, our Users, or others.

We do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and operate our business, and to meet
legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. Business records such as invoices and service
history may be retained under Stalmic’s standard retention practices. When information is no longer
needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and access controls that
limit access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Because the App is a Stalmic business tool, most records are managed by Stalmic. If you are a User, or a
Stalmic customer whose information appears in the App, you may request access to, correction of, or
deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will respond consistent
with applicable law. Some information must be retained where required for legal or business reasons.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended only for authorized Stalmic personnel and is not directed to children under
18
. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Where Information Is Processed

The App and its supporting systems are operated in the United States. If you access the App from outside
the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date”
above and post the updated policy at this address. Continued use of the App after an update means you
accept the revised policy.
